Notes: A luminous pink colour with salmon highlights, the aromas are deep and rich recalling wild cherry, sorb apple and musky blossoms. On the palate there is appreciable dryness with the savoury fruit and crispness creating a notable balance.
Serve: At 16-18c Rosaspina is nothing if not versatile, particularly with fish and lighter meats. It absolutely loves cold-cut platters and summer dishes with tomatoes and basil and it is delicious with cuttlefish and peas, hearty fish stews and with lighter fish that are not too oily. Ideal as aperitif.
